At Signatooria 2, AOJ expertly managed the full scope of electrical and plumbing installations, transforming detailed engineering designs into robust, efficient systems. Our skilled team started by installing the first fix piping, establishing a reliable plumbing infrastructure throughout the development. We then carried out the installation of load cables to every apartment, ensuring consistent and safe power delivery across the site. Following this, distribution panels were installed and configured to provide effective electrical control and distribution. Power cables were meticulously laid to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted electrical flow. We also installed and connected gear switches and changeover units, enabling seamless power transfer and backup functionality. To improve safety and ambiance, our team fitted common area lighting and installed perimeter fence lighting to secure the property with well-placed illumination. Finally, lightning arresters were installed to protect the electrical network from surge damage caused by lightning strikes.
