At Osborne Terrace, AOJ took charge of the complete electrical and plumbing installation, turning detailed engineering plans into dependable, high-quality systems. Our team began by installing the first fix piping, laying the essential groundwork for the building’s plumbing network. We then proceeded with the installation of load cables to all apartments, ensuring a reliable power supply throughout the complex. The setup of distribution panels followed, enabling efficient management and distribution of electricity. Power cables were carefully installed to maintain seamless electrical flow, while gear switches and changeover units were connected and fitted to guarantee uninterrupted power switching and backup when needed. To enhance safety and comfort, we installed common area lighting as well as fence lighting to secure the perimeter with adequate illumination. Finally, lightning arresters were put in place to protect the entire electrical system from potential surge damage caused by lightning strikes.
