At Osborne L, AOJ delivered a full-scale electrical and plumbing installation, expertly managing every critical stage to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable system for the development.
Our work began with the first fix piping, establishing a solid and compliant plumbing foundation essential for the building’s long-term functionality. We then proceeded with the installation of load cables to each apartment, guaranteeing a consistent and robust power supply throughout the complex.
We carried out the precise installation of electrical connections, integrating all necessary components to ensure seamless power distribution and operational reliability. The setup of gear switches and changeover systems followed, providing smooth power switching and backup capabilities to prevent downtime.
To enhance safety and comfort for residents, we installed common area lighting, illuminating shared spaces for better visibility and security. Additionally, fence lighting was implemented to secure the perimeter with effective lighting solutions.
Finally, we completed the project by installing lightning arresters, protecting the electrical infrastructure from potential surge damage caused by lightning strikes.
