Project Description
AOJ was entrusted with delivering a complete electrical and plumbing solution from the ground up—transforming blueprints into a fully functional, future-ready environment. With a clear vision and expert execution, our team brought order, efficiency, and reliability to every phase of the development.
We began with the first fix piping, laying the foundational plumbing systems that ensure durability and long-term performance. This critical stage set the tone for a high-quality infrastructure throughout the estate.
Our electrical works started with the running of internal wiring across all residential units. Every apartment was carefully wired to guarantee accurate, safe, and compliant power distribution. We then installed load cables to each unit, forming the estate’s electrical backbone.
The project advanced with the installation and configuration of distribution panels, ensuring seamless electricity control and load balancing. We also ran main power cables, enabling consistent energy flow to every corner of the estate.
A major component of our work was constructing the substation—a key infrastructure element that included the installation of the transformer, gear switches, and changeover systems. This setup provides stable power and ensures effortless transitions between power sources.
For enhanced comfort and security, we executed the installation of common area lighting and fence lighting, creating a safe, well-illuminated environment for residents at all hours.
We also handled AC condensation piping, a crucial detail for efficient HVAC performance and long-term moisture control. The estate powering was completed with precision and adherence to all safety standards, activating a reliable and sustainable power system.
To protect the entire electrical setup, lightning arresters were installed—shielding the estate from potential surge damages caused by lightning strikes.
What is Challenge for client?
CNC machining utilizes subtractive processes, which means feedstock is machined to final form by subtracting as well as getting rid of the product. Openings are pierced, lots and pathways are tired, and steel supply is shaped into new products with differing tapers, sizes, as well as forms.
