Project Description
AOJ executed a comprehensive electrical and plumbing installation from the ground up, bringing precision, structure, and reliability to both developments. Our work began with the first fix piping, laying the plumbing foundation required for long-term efficiency & functionality.
We proceeded with the running of internal wiring across all residential units, ensuring safe and accurate power flow within each apartment. This was followed by the installation of load cables to every unit, forming the core of the estate’s power distribution network.
Our team installed and configured the distribution panels, allowing for organized and reliable electricity control. Alongside this, we ran the main power cables required for full connectivity throughout the estate.
A major milestone was the construction of the substation, including the installation of a transformer, gear switches, and changeover systems—essential components for stable electricity supply and seamless switching between power sources.
To enhance security and night-time visibility, we carried out the installation of common area lighting and fence lighting, creating a safe and well-lit environment for residents.
We also handled AC condensation piping, ensuring the efficient removal of moisture from air conditioning systems and preventing potential damage or leaks. Our scope extended to powering up the entire estate, carefully energizing systems with all necessary safety protocols in place.
To safeguard the estate’s infrastructure, lightning arresters were installed as a final protective measure, defending the electrical system from surges caused by lightning strikes.
Every aspect of this project was completed with the highest level of professionalism, quality control, and strict adherence to industry standards, delivering a fully operational, future-ready environment for both Le Chateau.
What is Challenge for client?
CNC machining utilizes subtractive processes, which means feedstock is machined to final form by subtracting as well as getting rid of the product. Openings are pierced, lots and pathways are tired, and steel supply is shaped into new products with differing tapers, sizes, as well as forms.
